Order and delivery help

For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Before you buy

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. For destination-specific delivery estimates, shipping costs and available destinations, contact us before ordering.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Hygiene restrictions apply to opened, worn or altered press-on nails. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.
